I’m not satisfied with this bamboo rice storage container and would not order it again or carry it in my store. While the design is visually appealing, the overall quality falls short of expectations. The bamboo has a strong, noticeable odor, which raises concerns about its suitability for food storage, particularly for dry goods like rice. I can also see this product leading to customer complaints over time, especially regarding the glass components. There is a clear risk of breakage or chipping, which could result in glass fragments contaminating the contents. This presents a serious safety concern and a potential liability issue for any retailer. As it stands, this product comes across as a problem waiting to happen. Unless the glass quality and overall construction are significantly improved, I would not feel comfortable selling or using this item.
